I was very sad at the quality, some of the flowers in the arrangement were past their prime. some of the roses were starting to curl up already. my husband seemed upset when he saw the arrangement, I wasn't sure why. then he showed me a picture of what he purchased. we both understand no two can be the same, and some colors have to be changed, but this was just very disapointing. one of my friends purchased a grocery store arrangement for $20 and it had more vibrance than the one I received from your company. my husband was very deflated, and I felt bad for him.

Thank you for your review. Mr. H. also sent us a bad review over this arrangement. Flowers are to cheer, congratulate, show love, etc. They're not meant to make you feel sad, as you stated. I'm sorry for taking part in something that caused you to feel this way. I opened this business because I wanted to spread cheer and well wishes while working in a drama free environment. Occasionally, an anomaly occurs that is counter to our purpose. Unfortunately, you were at the end of that anomaly. I hope Mr. H. will work with me on a remedy to this situation. I look forward to hearing from him.

Won't order again, I understand no 2 arangments will look the same, and some color changes have to be made. What I paid over $100 for is not what my wife received on her birthday. The color palet is off, and very bland. The picture is awesome! Too bad I didn't get something close to it.

Mr. Hernandez, Please accept my apology that the flowers were not up to our usually high standards. We fill to value, even with availability substitutions. Yes, no two arrangements will look the same. Photos online present flowers at their most vibrant. However, I won't make lame excuses. Our designs should never be described as bland. I'm sorry that the one to Brandy has that descriptor. Satisfied customers are everything to a small business. We work hard to please our customers. Please call me at 281-259-8282. The flowers did not look like the arrangement I ordered from their site. I understand it all depends on what's available at the time but I was a little disappointed.

Our desire is to deliver arrangements that are more spectacular than the website photos. We fill to value and, as you pointed out, some flowers are not available without a day or two notice - however, substitutions should NEVER be disappointing. You all are amazing!!! I couldn't be more pleased with a florist.. Denise was receptive when I referred others for arrangements at the last minute and I can't tell you how important that was to me!!

When I placed my order initially, I realized that I made a mistake on the card for the arrangement. I called and Denise was so amazingly kind and understanding!! I wasn't expecting that!! Service isn't what it used to be and I was so impressed! And then to find out that they would do what they could to get the Spray to the services so as it wasn't too early!! Again, so appreciative!! You now have a repeat customer!! Thank you!!

First of all, the service is completely terrible, I walked up to the desk and the lady ignored me and finally got to me and responded snarky, would not recommend

Ordered flowers and a balloon for my daughter and granddaughter for Valentine's day from another florist that never delivered them. Ordered from here and they went above and beyond for my daughter and granddaughter to get their stuff to them and added some extras. Best shop ever! Very grateful for their help
